Dear Storm Carib Community,

I have been a member of this community for quite awhile and appreciate the dialogue and support. As I reflect on the past year, I am mindful that our beautiful islands are fragile and vulnerable. The diversity in geology and geography is revealed more and more through natural and man made acts. I love the Caribbean and appreciate our network.

I send my salutations to all  in SVG. The energy of Soufriere was astounding.  The resilience of the people and the support of all of the neighboring islands was inspiring. Watching this natural event was amazing albeit emotional.

I am mindful that keeping this website alive has costs. I am not solicited to do this but please, if you can support Gert and this amazing community, click on the donate button.

On a personal level. I seek to return to the Caribbean. Having sold my Bonaire home, I am now a tourist and am seeking a house swap any week two or three, this summer. I have a lovely home on Cape Cod, close to whale watching, Provincetown, great dining and a beach sticker allowing access to over 25 beaches.

One love to all

Annie
