To our neighbors on the gulf coast, thoughts are with you, you have been there before, but every storm is different. Stay safe and get out of harms' way, as difficult as it may be to leave if you have to. As I said before, may my God protect you, and your families, and keep you safe.

As tropical storm Laura passed us, most knew it wasn't going to get better. Some Caribbean islands suffered loss, and to you, I offer prayers. As the storm approaches the U.S. know that many people pray and hope you are safe. We have all been here before, and know the drill. Stay safe!!!

Good nite...Didn't report yesterday, system passed below us, off and on rain, about an inch and a quarter , very little wind, a few gusts. Today, bright sunny skies. Stay safe to anyone in the upcoming path. Next wave on the move, but sounds like it will start strong and weaken, we hope.

Good night all....Interesting day. Early on today, it looked like the storm was passing above us, with little rain, this evening looks like it will be  passing below us with much needed rain. Other models show it going directly over us. Tomorrow morning should give us a pretty clear picture of where it will pass. Be safe wherever you are...Ken
