Yesterday many of the streets in Kingston were flooded out during the afternoon after very heavy rain. Traffic was a nightmare! By evening this had cleared up considerably and we had a fantastic sunset. I think it is a post-hurricane phenomenon as the same was true after Matthew.

This morning we are experiencing moderate, steady rainfall from Irma's outer bands.
