I don't know the science or dictionary 'definition', but in Emergency Procedures that require life-threatening decisions, 'Cause and Effect' MUST CORRELATE....!!! The Cause are tropical depressions. The Effect is heavyladen moisture in the atmosphere. No, 2" - 3" ins. of flooding rain. No, >4' - 7' ft. waves and tide. (Winds are 'consistent' tropical trades and branches are on trees.) "You can Come and See!" It's God-Given because the Leewards got Rain !!!!! All this because, While God gave you something to sit on. Mother Nature gave us something to stand on. My imagination hardly sees Glass and Plastic. Like it's forbidden. You have to witness this 'Garden of Eden' Yourself. What we are Witnessing is; Humanitarian PLANNING/Research, Practical Ages-old Procedures, Implementation, RESPECT/DISCIPLINE, Followup. Verus, 'Ad Hoc' Hopelessness. The high-level center exited Chaguanas before one o'clock. But so said so done....the effects and Impact at ground zero now start. In addition, there are other waves within 36 hours... !!! I understand since last year there is a makeshift beginning of a 'Base' in Icacos. That can't be temporary and it more needs aerial and marine surveillance. Forgive me, BUT, More and More !!! Sorry, People of Paradise! I must have been sleeping on myself. Or, Is it, once again, I have to say. "The Gov't has what was neglected and forgotten essential services, WORKING effectively and functioning as age-old practises deem PROPER... Even the weather is restful, refreshing and peaceful. It is 71F. at 05:00am while I write. Besides that, From 8:00pm. - 05:00am. everynight, It's like a voluntary curfew and peaceful family LIFE. There is 'lingering' moisture in the satellite imagery. From a tropical wave or trough that just passed us. I missed it completely. It's REALLY PEACEFUL. Kinda like a garden for children. Oh, yes! My 68th Birthday is the first Saturday in June.
