- Carnival 2024 in St Thomas

We had a wonderful Carnival. The rain held off to the end of the Children’s 
Parade and brought us 6-8 inches Friday night. The forecasted rain for Saturday 
and Sunday held off thru the Adult Parade and Utopia Concert. 
We see more rain forecasted this week.

FLOOD WATCH.  The Carnival Children’s Parade stayed dry. Rain started about an 
hour ago, fingers crossed it moves out by noon tomorrow for Adult Parade.
