Tortola and Virgin Gorda (BVI) Update

Tuesday in Tortola

Another very calm night with winds shifting about but no sustained breeze.  Did have a nice shower about 5PM then really bright sunlight for an hour.  It was really nice and clean feeling.  Took the opportunity for a nice salt water bath and a double rinse off with fresh water from the boat followed by just standing in the warm rain... talk about nice feeling hair!  Then it was time for a Sundowner... while the sun did set into a dark cloud, the air was clean smelling (or was that just me?) and a comfortable 83 degrees with clam waters.... almost glass like again.

Heading out to do laundry and re-supply then a couple of days away from the bay just sailing and walking about.  Looking forward to spending time with special friends and meeting some new ones over the next couple of days.  Wow.... Sometimes I have to think and wonder what I ever did that was so good that I get the opportunity to live on my boat and do what I do and meet some of the greatest people in the world!

Wishing all Fair winds and following Seas

By the way that low pressure system between Bermuda and Bahamas isn't much of a threat but stay tuned!
