We are watching TD #14.  I am suppose to be in Key West early Wednesday morning for eye surgery.  That's all I need to disrupt my life.  Keys are in a WATCH  now.

Looks like we have made it past Hurricane Isidore.  We are all buttoned up and will stay that way until the season is over.  The hurricane is still a major storm and will get real bad. By Monday is should be a category
4 in the Gulf of Mexico.  Take care wherever!
It's beautiful here today -- the wind is blowing a little, every now and again a rain shower but NO hurricane.  Please don't turn on us.

I guess in the morning -- Wednesday, we will be starting to get ready in hopes that TD 10 missed the Keys.  Maybe if we are ready it will go away.  The wind is blowing but it is a hot night.

Tropical low pressure has formed and is head to the Florida Keys.  In the last 4 hours we have had 2 1/2 inches.  From NO rain to a great amount.  They say this won't develop any more than rain for many days.  Still hot around 84.

I live in the Florida Keys.  A little called Key Colony Beach -- at about the 53.5 mm.  That is 53..5 miles from Key West.  We are looking at the Caribbean now.  It's warm, and windy here.  My husband is manager of a small co-op (condo) apartment complex and we have to start buttoning up soon.  Usually we start around the first of June.  Maybe sooner this year.  We are right on the Atlantic Ocean looking south toward Cuba.  Anything I can do for you I would be glad to do it.  We stayed for Hurricane Georges and had a real clean-up job afterward.  Then six week later T. S. Mitch, just missed Michelle last year.  I'm a real hurricane watcher.
