Well, over here in Key West, folks are starting to pay a little more attention to the weather channel, and there are, of course, a few alarmists. The consensus, however, seems to be that it is far too early in the season to get too hysterical. General preparation-- water, candles, etc.-- is recommended. There is also talk of possibly closing the schools as early as Wednesday or Thursday, but so far nothing concrete. At the moment, in the lower keys, we think it will be messy, but that's all.
