the situation in Dominica at the present is unpredictable every one is still
hoping that joyce will not come this way but at the same time they are busy
preparing for its fast approching with the experince that the islanders have
had before no one is leaving anything to chance
fisher men are hauling their boats to safer grounds the i saw the dive
centers taking their boats to safer countries the supper markets are packed
with shoppers storing battries and candles and other dry goods, food stuff
and baby stuff all in all they are taking it very seriously
