I live in Normandy in France. I called my parents who live between Le Moule and Sainte-Anne.
My parents and family have no casualties or havoc. Just power is out.
Grande-terre has been spared overall.
Basse-Terre city area : First estimates are under way. Eye of Maria passed just near Basse-Terre City.
Radio Guadeloupe and Radio Caraïbes International are still working.
A lot of Winds at about 3:00 AM according listeners of radio Guadeloupe in Le Moule.
