It has been raining since my last update and there is a surprisingly enough absence of any winds to suggest that we are near a tropical storm or a hurricane except that the winds being reported are strictly concentrated around the core of what is the 'centre' of Tomas.
The trough pushing Tomas to the north and east appears to be kicking Tomas into disorientation. Perhaps though, he has a last surprise in the bubble that is spinning up just south of the TCI.
Inagua reported rain with no significant winds.
Current conditions: barometrice pressure 29.68 inHg; temperature 78.4 F; relative humidity 98%; winds at 0 mph; light rain.
